What really happened is that one day the weather was perfectly Fall-ish, I had a little bit of free time, and I wanted Fall in the livingroom.
It was a good time!.Although I don’t have many Christmas decorations up yet this year, I know that those trees will look so much better against freshly-painted walls when (if?)

we eventually get them up..I thought it couldn’t hurt to share a few of my projects from last year though, just because I always love a good easy-peasy project and I’m sure a lot of you do too..Here are some of my favorites!.

You have to trim down the tree anyway so it can drink and fit inside your house, why not re-use those pieces?wood slice snowman ornaments.

last year and this year I hope to come up with a few more ideas for these tree pieces.
They look great when they’re all hung up!.I pulled together some different ornaments from my stash to fill out the tree, but I wanted to do one type of DIY ornament that would match the fabrics I’m already using in there to give the tree a fancy custom look.
Of course, that didn’t mean that I wanted to put in any real time or effort, I just wanted it to look awesome and cute and take about 5 minutes. Is that so much to ask?
All you need to gather is a few ornaments that you won’t be using this year, some squares of fabric, and a ribbon.Gather the fabric around the ornaments, tie with a ribbon, and fluff it out!.
