Much of the industry’s current difficulty arises from the fact that few people can see the entire process through from end-to-end.When spending plans came out, much of the narrative was focused on efficiency.

There was the first iteration of the National Infrastructure Plan, the Government Construction Strategy and the BIM mandate that followed in 2011.However, as we’ve progressed, that focus is shifting.

It’s no longer a case of trying to do the same things we’ve always done, just more efficiently.We’re interested now in doing new and better things.
